This beautiful villa has an elegant simplistic design with a roof covered with wooden shingles. There are four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a large air-conditioned TV lounge and a spacious dining and living area perfect for entertaining guests. The adjacent open pantry is equipped with a toaster, gas cooker and refrigerator, and another stove and refrigerator as well as electric appliances such as a micro wave oven, steamer, blender, etc. can be found in the adjacent kitchen.
Large folding glass doors in the living/dining room open up on two sides to the garden with many tropical plants and the swimming pool, and ceiling fans provide additional ventilation if required. Furnishings include a dining table for 8 guests and comfortable sofas. Next to the swimming pool two spacious “Bales” (gazebos); one with comfortable sofas, the other with large day beds.
All four bedrooms are air-conditioned, and the two front bedrooms have windows and glass doors opening up to the garden and swimming pool. All bedrooms have king-size beds and an additional day bed.
The en-suite bathrooms of the two bedrooms facing the swimming pool have sinks and soaking bath tubs large enough for two, the other two en-suite bathrooms have only a sink and showers.
LCD TV Set with surround-sound system in the air-conditioned TV lounge next to the dining area is connected to a DVD player and a cable TV system to receive over 55 international news programs, sports and movie channels, and there is a stereo system with tape deck and CD player in the dining/living room as well as a direct IDD telephone line and a fax machine. A personal electronic safe is installed in all bedrooms.
